If you would rather download a paper form that can be faxed or mailed to AITC, please download the form here. (Also available in Spanish.)  This is the preferred method for companies that have scheduled a face to face meeting with a counselor.  Upon receipt of the paper form, a username and password will be e-mailed to the client.

• Why Register?

The Trade Center provides free and confidential services to small businesses throughout Alabama.  Our friends at the SBA have requested that we collect some basic demographic information on the clients that we serve, and verify that they meet SBA’s size requirements.  If you have questions about the registration process, let us know!

All clients are required to complete a one-time registration form.  This form is needed before the counseling session begins. If you’ve downloaded the form, please fax the signed & completed to 205-348-6974.  Alternately, you can scan and email your signed form.
